Comfortable and convenient
The hotel was situated in a great location, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and public transportation. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on during my travels. they provided free bottled water, which was an appreciated touch.
The room seemed to have not been cleaned before our arrival. There was a lot of dust in the corners and on the surfaces.

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, close to shopping places and the subway stop, making it easy to navigate around the area. the breakfast is affordable and filling, and the staff is friendly and kind, providing exceptional service. the room is clean, well-lit, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable space to relax after a long day of exploring.
There are certain aspects of the hotel's maintenance that could be improved, but overall it doesn't affect the quality of the hotel's stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel in Xi'an. the location was fantastic - right on a lively pedestrian street, making it easy to explore the city. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate my late arrival. Lastly, the rooms on level 8 were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. it was a great value for money and I would definitely stay here again.
No major issues - everything was alright.

We loved the hotel's central location, near the city centre and right on the pedestrian street, with a subway station very close by. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was a great deal at just RMB 22 per person. The room was well-kept and clean, making for a comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at this hotel right on the pedestrian street. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and the metro. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the room were well-maintained. I especially appreciated the value for money and the delicious breakfast offered.
No significant issues, everything was satisfactory.

This hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city! You can easily walk to the main attractions, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the staff is also very friendly and helpful. the rooms are well, kept and cozy with comfortable beds, and the cleaning staff does an excellent job. Plus, the hotel provides a great value for money with free Wi, Fi and an air, conditioning unit.
The hotel restaurant isn't the best, but there are plenty of other options within walking distance. the street can be noisy at night, so if you're a light sleeper, it's wise to bring earplugs.
